Earning Points For Blogging
In order to earn 10 points for blogging, follow these 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Sign into class blog at http://tsmithkcreading.blogspot.com/ or go to the class blog link on Edline to read teacher posts and student comments
Step 2: Write a response on Microsoft Word to the assigned blog or a classmate's blog (whichever assignment is required for the week).
Scoring Criteria - 4 pts: Respond to a blog in a pagragraph of 4 or more sentences (50 or more words) which includes a clear topic sentence and related details
- 2 pts: State the title and author of the reading, and state to whom and to what subject you are responding
- 2 pts: Include a standard heading on the printed copy, but only your name and class subject/period at the end of the blog
- 2 pts: Use correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation ______ 10 pts possible
Step 3: Print me out a copy
Step 4: Copy and paste your response to either the assigned teacher blog or classmate's blog (whichever assignment is required for the week)
